CREMATION FULL SERVICE

Transfer from place of passing (70km radius from Funeral Home) during normal working hours
Professional mortuary preparation & dressing (Embalming additional 660.00+)
Viewing at Funeral Home (if required)
Liaison with Doctor/Hospital/Coroner/Cemetery
Deluxe Memorial Book, Audio Recording & USB
Uploading of Music, Photographic Tribute etc to Cemetery Site
Necessary documentation, Registration of Death & Collection of Certificate/s when available
Rosemary for placement if required
Provision of Hearse on day of funeral $ 4,983.00

PRIVATE CREMATION FAREWELL – Family and friends can gather to say goodbye.

Basic Mortuary Preparation & dressing if required (No Viewing)
x2 Staff at Cemetery & Uploading Music to Cemetery Site if required
15 minutes at Crematorium Chapel – Monday-Friday (No Catering)
Provision of Hearse on day of farewell
Liaison with Doctor/Hospital/Coroner/Cemetery
Arrangement during normal working hours
Necessary documentation & Registration of Death
Collection of Certificate/s when available

PRIVATE UNATTENDED CREMATION ONLY – No Service, No Viewing, No Attendance

Care of deceased at our Mortuary Facility

Liaison with Doctor/Hospital/Coroner/Cemetery
Arrangement during normal working hours

For Fixed Price Pre Paid please add the below amounts.

Cremation Agreement $1,702.00 (additional $348.00) + Administration Fee

DISBURSEMENTS NOT COVERED

After hours attendance, Newspaper Notices, Floral Tributes, Additional Chapel hire at Cemetery,

Church/Venue Attendance, Celebrant Fee/Clergy Offering, Producton of Photographic Tribute,

Catering, Saturday Fees, Additional Memorial/Mass Booklet (or pages), Recording/Livestreaming

of Service, Additional Certificates, Limousine Hire, Upgrade of Coffin/Casket, Oversize related

charges, Medical Paperwork (if applicable), Ashes Placement etc.
